Update - Fusion Engineers have not seen any issues in the overnight hours. We will continue to monitor throughout the day.

Monitoring - Fusion worked with UTOPIA engineers as they replaced their failing hardware. Customers receiving internet through UTOPIA were without internet from 9:59 pm until 10:03 pm.

Engineers are monitoring the fix to ensure reliable performance.

Update - Fusion Networks and UTOPIA Fiber engineers will be replacing the defective equipment tonight. Customers should expect an outage of 10 to 15 minutes sometime between 10pm and midnight as this emergency maintenance to replace the defective equipment takes place.

Identified - Fusion customers who receive service through UTOPIA are experiencing intermittent 2 to 3 minute outages every several hours.

UTOPIA is having an issue with their hardware in the datacenter where they meet Fusion Networks. Their hardware is rebooting, which is causing customer internet to drop for 2 to 3 minutes until their hardware comes back online

Fusion Engineers have engaged with UTOPIA engineers who have told us they are working to repair/replace the failing hardware on their end.
